How can I return my order?

We are sorry you would like to return an item from your order. No problem though, we have a 14-day no quibbles returns policy for all our Made to Order items and editions.

Our mattresses come with a 100-night trial. If you find our mattress is not to your liking within 100 days, we can collect this for you free of charge and issue you with a full refund. 

Let us know of your intention to return something by sending our care team an email through our online form.

Make sure to include your order number, specify which item you would like to return and let us know your availability. Our care team will get back to you shortly and arrange a collection free of charge.
